SCOPE

  1. Quality Standards:

The committee establishes and maintains quality standards and guidelines for all aspects of the organization’s operations, products, and services.

It identifies areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement to ensure that workflows are streamlined and meet quality benchmarks.

 

  1. Quality Control:

The committee oversees the monitoring and inspection of processes, products, and services to ensure they meet predefined quality standards.

 

  1. Product and Service Development:

It collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure that new products or services meet quality requirements before being launched.

 

  1. Regulatory Compliance:

The committee ensures that the organization adheres to relevant industry regulations and standards, maintaining legal and ethical compliance.

It develops and implements training programs to educate employees about quality standards and practices, fostering a culture of quality consciousness.

 

  1. Root Cause Analysis:

The committee investigates incidents of quality deviations, identifies root causes, and recommends corrective and preventive actions.
