SCOPE
- Strategy Development:
The committee is responsible for formulating a clear digital transformation strategy aligned with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
- Technology Adoption:
It identifies and evaluates emerging technologies that can drive innovation and efficiency across various functions within the organization.
- Project Prioritization:
The committee prioritizes digital initiatives based on potential impact, feasibility, resources required, and strategic alignment.
- Budgeting and Resource Allocation:
It oversees budgeting and resource allocation for digital transformation projects, ensuring optimal utilization of funds and manpower.
- Change Management:
The committee develops change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions, managing resistance and promoting employee buy-in during the digital transformation journey.
- Vendor Selection and Management:
It selects technology vendors or partners and manages relationships to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.
- Data Management and Security:
The committee addresses data governance, privacy, and security concerns associated with digital initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations and safeguarding sensitive information.
- Performance Monitoring:
It establishes metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and success of digital transformation projects.
- Training and Skill Development:
The committee ensures that employees receive the necessary training and skill development to effectively use new technologies and tools.
- Integration and Interoperability:
It oversees the integration of new digital systems with existing infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and data flow.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
The committee fosters a culture of innovation, encouraging teams to explore new possibilities and continuously improve processes.
- Risk Management:
It identifies potential risks associated with digital initiatives and develops strategies to mitigate them, ensuring a smooth and secure transformation process.
